Job summary

Honeywell Building Technologies in Sydney is seeking a Senior Territory Manager for OT Cybersecurity to accelerate revenue growth across Australia. You will develop opportunities, lead blended cybersecurity offerings, and position Honeywell as a trusted partner with executive-level engagement.

Travel across Australia is required as you expand the cybersecurity services and product solutions for the building market.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualified in Business or Engineering.
At least 5 years OT cybersecurity, SaaS in cyber field, or related tech.
7+ years software and security sales in enterprise markets.
Proven executive engagement and complex negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel across Australia.

Responsibilities

Understand client needs and develop strategies to deliver outcomes and drive solution sales.
Lead sales in blended offerings aligned to Cybersecurity growth targets.
Guide customer-facing proofs of concept and sales motions to close deals.
Engage at executive level with clients and advise on long-term risk mitigations.
Drive new logos, expand cybersecurity business across accounts.
Meet Annual Operating Plan targets with pricing and policy adherence.
Forecast order commitments and opportunities; maintain client relationships.
