Job summary

Accenture Cybersecurity in Melbourne seeks an experienced OT Security Sales Specialist Senior Manager to originate and close multi-million deals, build executive relationships, and lead the full sales cycle from pursuit to close.

You will engage C-suite, collaborate with delivery leads and solution architects, manage 6-10M targets, stay current on OT and cybersecurity trends, and travel as required.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of Technology Sales experience originatING and closing complex technology deals (cybersecurity/OT)
• Experience selling Cybersecurity solutions (SOC, identity, cloud security) and into OT environments
• Proven ability to own sales targets ($6-10M) with pipeline discipline and stakeholder engagement

Responsibilities

• Originate and develop new sales opportunities in Accenture enterprise accounts through the full sales cycle
• Engage senior client stakeholders (C-suite and functional leaders) to position Accenture cybersecurity capabilities
• Collaborate with delivery leads, solution architects, and practice leads to shape compelling proposals and respond to opportunities
• Develop relationships with clients and maintain trust with key advisors
• Lead commercial negotiations, contracting discussions, and deal structuring with stakeholders
• Stay current on cybersecurity, OT, cloud, and AI trends to inform client conversations
