Job summary

Levyl is seeking a Senior HR Transformation Lead to drive a significant organisational restructure across a multi-state Australian business. You will translate operating models into practical structures, lead position mapping, and oversee workforce planning and change management initiatives.

You will partner with Executive Leaders, manage sensitive employee matters, and ensure compliant delivery of workforce transitions while embedding new structures across people processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in organisational design and HR transformation.
• Proven track record leading large-scale restructures in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial instruments.
• Ability to independently manage detailed implementation and consultations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of significant organisational restructure across a multi-state operation.
• Develop position descriptions, mapping, and reporting lines.
• Create change and consultation plans and communications.
• Manage workforce transitions, redeployments and redundancies with compliance.
• Partner with executives on design and workforce decisions; coach leaders.
• Collaborate with Finance and Payroll on workforce costing and headcount modelling.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Support embedding changes into people processes and systems.
