Job summary

Levyl is seeking a senior leader to drive a significant organisational restructure across a multi-state Australian business. You will translate new operating models into practical structures, oversee workforce planning and implement changes across reporting lines and roles.

You will work alongside the CPO and Executive Leadership Team, guiding sensitive workforce transitions with a pragmatic, compliant approach and delivering practical outcomes that support a streamlined operating model.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience across organisational design and workforce restructuring.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale restructures in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of a significant organisational restructure across a multi-state business.
• Translate operating models into detailed organisational structures, workforce plans and implementation activities.
• Review and refine structures, reporting lines, spans of control and role accountabilities.
• Develop position descriptions to support the future organisational structure.
• Develop and deliver change and consultation plans including employee communications and documentation.
• Manage complex workforce transitions, including redeployment and redundancies with compliant processes.
• Partner with Executive Leaders on design and workforce decisions, coaching leaders through conversations.
• Coordinate with Finance and Payroll for workforce costing and headcount modelling.
