Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in organisational design, HR transformation or workforce restructuring.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, employee and industrial relations.
• Proven ability to lead and implement large-scale restructures within complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of significant organisational restructures across a multi-state business.
• Translate operating models into detailed organisational structures, roles, reporting lines and accountabilities.
• Develop position descriptions and workforce plans to support the future structure.
• Deliver change and consultation plans including employee communications and documentation.
• Manage workforce transitions, including redeployment, redundancies and compliance with employment instruments.
