Levyl. is seeking an experienced leader to drive a major organisational restructure across a multi-state Australian business. You will translate operating models into practical structures, manage workforce plans and provide hands-on guidance through change programs, including employee communications and consultations.

You will work directly with senior executives to balance commercial objectives with compliant, fair workforce transitions, taking ownership from planning through to execution.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in organisational design and HR transformation.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale restructures in complex environments.
• Solid knowledge of Australian employment legislation and IR practices.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end implementation of significant organisational restructure across multiple states.
• Translate operating models into detailed organisational structures and workforce plans.
• Develop position descriptions and role accountabilities for future structure.
• Create and deliver change and consultation plans with employee communications.
• Manage workforce transition processes including redeployment and redundancies with compliance.
• Advise executives on organisational design and workforce decisions; coach leaders.
