Job summary

Levyl Pty Ltd is seeking an Organisational Design Lead for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Sydney. You will own end-to-end implementation of a significant organisational restructure across a multi-state business, translating operating models into practical structures, roles and accountabilities.

Reporting to the CPO and partnering with executive leaders, you will drive detailed design work, workforce planning, role evaluation and consultation plans, ensuring compliant, fair and efficient

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in organisational design and HR generalist work.
• Track record leading large-scale restructures across multi-state businesses.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial instruments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end organisational restructure implementation, including mapping roles and reporting lines.
• Develop position descriptions and workforce plans to support the future structure.
• Manage workforce transitions, consultation plans, redeployments and redundancies.
