Job summary

Elders Rural Services Australia Limited in Perth, WA, is seeking a Network Credit Manager on a permanent full-time basis. You will assess new credit applications, monitor debtor exposures and manage credit risk while building strong customer relationships across the Elders network.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in business or finance, strong communication and negotiation skills, and advanced Excel. Experience in agribusiness is valued; a current driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in business, finance or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of credit management, supported by sound commercial and business management experience.
• Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate, influence stakeholders and negotiate successful outcomes.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), with sound computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Meet with major clients and assist with establishment of new credit accounts
• Assess financial information and evaluate credit applications for approval
• Monitor and coordinate credit reviews
• Prepare and/or review submissions for recommendation and approval
• Assist with dispute resolution and recovery actions
• Proactively assist/engage the business, by reviewing over limit or expired accounts
• Prepare reports and recommendations for GM Credit and/or Regional Management
