Agribusiness Credit Network Manager

Job summary

Elders is seeking a Network Credit Manager on a permanent, full-time basis to support the financial success of customers and the business. You will assess new credit applications, conduct client reviews, monitor debtor exposures and help manage credit risk while building strong customer relationships.

In a collaborative team, you’ll meet with major clients, prepare submissions for approval, and contribute to credit reviews and dispute resolution as part of our agribusiness focus.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in business, finance or a related discipline is required or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate, influence stakeholders and negotiate outcomes.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Meet with major clients and assist with establishment of new credit accounts
• Assess financial information and evaluate credit applications for approval
• Monitor and coordinate credit reviews
• Prepare and/or review submissions for recommendation and approval
• Assist with dispute resolution and recovery actions
• Proactively assist/engage the business, by reviewing over limit or expired accounts
• Prepare reports and recommendations for GM Credit and/or Regional Management

Education

Tertiary qualification in business, finance or related discipline
