Vivid Property Services is a trusted national leader in the cleaning sector, providing reliable services to Australian facility and procurement managers. We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team in NSW.

You will oversee the full contract lifecycle, manage client relationships across nationwide accounts, coordinate audits and reporting, and work with the National Key Account Manager to drive service excellence and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or contract management within service delivery.
• Strong client relationship and service-excellence focus.
• Proven ability to analyze data, prepare reports and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Account management: build and maintain strong client relationships and meet client needs.
• Client relationship & service delivery: ensure exceptional service and timely issue resolution.
• Data analysis & reporting: compile weekly/monthly KPI reports; identify trends and improvements.
• Audit & compliance: oversee audit scheduling; keep templates and reports up to date.
• Collaboration & teamwork: work with operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth delivery.
