WesTrac in Australia seeks a Sales & Growth Manager to lead a regional sales team, shape growth strategy and drive revenue across equipment and aftermarket solutions.

You will develop strategic customer relationships, manage opportunities across the lifecycle and collaborate with product and service teams to deliver value-rich solutions. The role requires strong leadership and market insight in mining and construction sectors.

Qualifications

• Extensive sales leadership experience in industrial equipment or related sectors.
• Proven ability to grow revenue and market share through strategic engagement.
• Experience using CRM and data-driven insights to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive market share growth by identifying, developing and converting opportunities across equipment, services and aftermarket solutions.
• Build trusted customer relationships and engage customers to understand needs, delivering value-added solutions.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans to support acquisition and revenue growth.
• Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline, using CRM data and market intelligence to forecast opportunities.
• Identify conquest opportunities and emerging market trends to grow WesTrac's share of spend.
• Collaborate with technical, product, marketing and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Represent WesTrac as a trusted advisor, building networks and delivering on commitments.
