Job summary

Mastermyne is seeking a Senior Recruitment Advisor to coordinate end-to-end recruitment for underground mining projects from our Mackay head office. You will partner with project managers and leaders to attract high-quality talent, manage mobilisations, and deliver excellent candidate experiences.

You will lead high-volume recruitment initiatives, influence hiring decisions, and develop retention strategies while ensuring onboarding and compliance for large workforces.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-volume end-to-end recruitment across mining or related projects.
• Ability to lead initiatives and influence hiring decisions.
• Develop and execute talent attraction, sourcing and retention plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with leaders.
• Coordinate onboarding, mobilisation and compliance for large workforces.
• Proficient in recruitment systems and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic recruitment and workforce mobilisation outcomes across underground mining operations.
• Partner with Project Managers and leaders to attract high-quality talent.
