Job summary

2XM Recruit in Perth is seeking a recruitment leader to head a blue-collar mining desk, mentoring a team of recruiters and a mobilization coordinator. The role offers the opportunity to influence service delivery and drive growth while maintaining a hands-on leadership style.

You will work within a five-person leadership team, align market strategies, and mentor consultants to achieve high performance. Attitude and career focus are emphasized as key success drivers.

Qualifications

• Recruitment leadership at some level with ambition and desire to succeed.
• Mining networks and experience recruiting within the sector.
• Confident – able to build rapport with people over the phone or in person.
• Keen to commit to a vertical desk and become the very best.
• Articulate communicator with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficient with Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) and CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 5-person leadership team in Perth and mentor consultants.
• Drive growth and client relationships within Mining, Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical sectors.
• Set high standards and lead from the front across recruitment and client growth.
