Mastermyne Group Limited is seeking a resilient HR Advisor to support leaders in end-to-end HR processes across the East Coast. The role focuses on providing responsive employment relations advice to site management, executing HR projects, and coordinating recruitment for assigned work scopes.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Industrial Legislation and Enterprise Agreements/Awards.
Experience delivering Employee Relations support and guidance.
Proven recruitment and onboarding outcomes across multiple sites.
Ability to influence and negotiate win‑win outcomes with stakeholders.
Proven relationship building with operational teams and leaders.
Exceptional organization and ability to juggle conflicting priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
Experience on mining, construction or engineering projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide end‑to‑end HR services and employment relations advice to site management.
Coordinate recruitment for assigned work scopes and onboarding activities.
Support leaders with HR projects throughout their lifecycle and ensure timely delivery.
