Qualificações

• Experience in events, membership, stakeholder engagement, marketing, communications, administration or a related coordination role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional interactions with members, senior stakeholders, suppliers and colleagues.
• High attention to detail across records, communications and event collateral.
• Familiar with data handling and basic trend identification.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate member onboarding, renewals and membership communications.
• Assist in planning and delivering forums, roundtables, webinars and major business events.
• Support event logistics including venues, catering, AV, speaker coordination and run sheets.
• Manage registrations, attendee communications and reporting.
• Provide high-quality customer service to attendees before, during and after events.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors for successful event delivery.
• Maintain event records, attendee data and post-event reporting.
• Assist with development of event collateral and communications.
