Job summary

Bupa ANZ in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Senior Program and Change Manager to lead a complex portfolio of health services projects during a major organisational transition. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and collaborate with senior leaders to realise strategic objectives.

The role requires extensive senior program, project or change management experience, leading multidisciplinary teams, and formal PM qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior program, project or change management roles delivering large-scale, complex transformation or implementation programs.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple workstreams in complex/regulatory environments.
• Strong planning, governance, budgeting, resource management, risk, dependencies and delivery performance.
• Experience leading significant business change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, change management, communications and operational readiness.
• Strong leadership capabilities coaching teams and delivering outcomes in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs and business change initiatives, aligning with strategic objectives and operational priorities.
• Develop and oversee integrated program delivery plans with milestones, dependencies, resources and readiness.
• Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team of project managers, business analysts, change analysts and communications professionals.
• Drive program performance with clear standards, governance and reporting processes.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, risks, issues and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide strategic advice and regular reporting to senior executives and governance committees.
