Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Majors Account Executive for ANZ to drive strategy with a marquee customer and collaborate with a Global Account Manager. You will shape the customer’s data and AI roadmap, grow consumption of the Snowflake AI Data Cloud, and close high-impact workloads across multiple business units.

You will coordinate a cross‑functional team across time zones, manage complex stakeholder networks, and deliver multi‑year growth in a dynamic, high‑velocity environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in consultative, trusted‑advisor selling.
• Experience running large, complex strategic or global accounts.
• Seniority to drive impact quickly in enterprise relationships.
• Calm under pressure and ability to stabilise at‑risk accounts.

Responsibilities

• Work with Global Account Manager to run strategy for a marquee ANZ customer, growing Snowflake AI Data Cloud usage.
• Advise executive and technical stakeholders to shape their roadmap for enterprise growth.
• Identify and close new workloads across fraud, finance analytics, security data lakes, and AI/ML workloads.
• Rebuild relationships where trust has slipped and turn at‑risk stakeholders into champions.
• Manage consumption-based models: forecast usage, protect spend, and spot expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate a global virtual team across time zones, including a Beijing-based colleague.
• Keep forecasting and account planning disciplined with clear visibility for leadership.
