Job summary

Snowflake is seeking an AI/ML Consulting Manager for its Frontier Engineering team in ANZ, Australia and New Zealand. You will lead technical architects and partner resources, translating customer priorities into effective technical solutions and successful delivery.

This is a customer-facing leadership role focused on delivery, architecture reviews, and guiding teams from problem definition through deployment and handover for AI agents and enterprise tools. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of customer-facing technical consulting or AI/ML delivery.
• Experience leading complex enterprise engagements.
• Proven ability to coach and develop technical professionals.
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable engineering plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of technical architects across ANZ.
• Serve as billable technical lead with architecture guidance and reviews.
• Own successful delivery by Snowflake architects and partners.
• Guide problem definition through deployment and handover for AI agents.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and de-escalate issues.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Frontier org for planning.
