You will oversee a team of Territory Managers, shaping relationships with C-suite, procurement, and clinical stakeholders to protect and grow the business.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on account management, requiring experience across public and private hospitals and a proven track record in driving commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strategic account management experience across public and private hospitals.
• Proven ability to develop account strategies and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience engaging with C-suites, procurement and clinical stakeholders.
• Strong commercial judgement with a track record of driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Devise and lead the roll out of strategies for major hospital accounts across NSW & ACT.
• Build account plans identifying stakeholders, opportunities and growth priorities.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key account stakeholders at executive levels.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Territory Managers to convert clinical engagement into commercial outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, portfolio expansion and increased product utilisation.
• Support hospital tender, contracting and procurement processes.
• Coordinate commercial and clinical activity around major customer opportunities.
• Lead and negotiate commercial discussions with customers.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
• Use market insight to anticipate risks and identify new opportunities.
