Job summary

Intertek SAI Global seeks a commercially minded Learning Portfolio Manager to lead the development, performance and continuous improvement of our professional learning portfolio. You will blend strategic product leadership with practical learning design across classroom, virtual and digital solutions, collaborating with internal experts and external partners.

You will own the portfolio from market research and development through to implementation, commercial performance and ongoing

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in product management, learning portfolio management or similar.
• Experience managing learning products from concept through development, launch and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design and digital learning technologies.
• Practical experience working with LMS platforms and online content management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, external suppliers, budgets and competing priorities.
• Strong commercial acumen, including market research, product performance analysis and financial management.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience working within an RTO and understanding of Australian VET sector.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning, development and ongoing management of learning products.
• Identify new product opportunities through market research and customer insights.
• Develop business cases and assess commercial viability, pricing and product positioning.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, ensuring learning solutions remain relevant and competitive.
• Oversee design, development and maintenance of classroom-based, virtual and online programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
