Qualifications

Senior leadership experience in complaints management, investigations, conduct, integrity and governance.
Knowledge of Australian higher education regulatory environment, procedural fairness and risk management.
Expertise leading complex investigations with trauma-informed, restorative approaches.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders with judgement, negotiation and relationship management.
Proven ability to develop high-performing teams and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership for complaint resolution, student conduct, child safety and integrity functions.
Lead management and investigation of complex, high-risk matters with trauma-informed practice and defensible decision-making.
Partner with University Executive and governance committees to provide expert advice and drive continuous improvement through governance, policy, systems and data-led insights.
