Job summary

Institute for Urban Indigenous Health invites applications for the Clinical Services General Manager - MATSICHS at Moreton ATSICHS. The role provides culturally informed leadership to deliver high-quality clinical services across the region and to drive workforce engagement, service growth, and continuous improvement.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, align with the strategic plan, ensure quality, and support the growth of services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Qualifications

• Current C Class Drivers Licence (QLD).
• Current Criminal History Check.
• Current Working with Children's Check (Qld Blue Card).
• Current Disability Workers Screening Check (prior to commencement).
• A qualification in Health Management, Public Health, Business Administration (MBA) or Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally informed strategic leadership to deliver and transform high‑quality Clinical Services.
• Lead strategic planning and workforce development across the MATSICHS region.
• Drive continuous quality improvement, service growth, and sustainability.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams, foster collaboration, and accountability.
