Job summary

Moreton ATSICHS in Strathpine, Queensland is seeking a Staying Deadly General Manager – MATSICHS to lead culturally appropriate multidisciplinary mental health and wellbeing services across the region.

You will unify teams, expand the Staying Deadly care model, and ensure continuity of care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients and families through collaborative leadership and KPI-driven delivery.

Qualifications

• Current Criminal History Check.
• Current C Class Drivers Licence (QLD).
• Current Working with Children’s Check (Qld Blue Card).
• Current Disability Worker Screening Check (Qld Yellow Card).
• Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and refinement of community engagement activities to promote Staying Deadly services.
• Integrate teams and service functions across the Staying Deadly unit to ensure continuity of care.
• Lead development and growth of an integrated service model for mental health and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with MATSICHS teams to refine KPIs and measure outcomes meaningful for clients.
