Job summary

Institute for Urban Indigenous Health (IUIH) is seeking a Staying Deadly General Manager for MATSICHS to lead culturally safe multidisciplinary mental health and wellbeing services across the Moreton ATSICHS region. You will drive strategic planning, service integration and performance monitoring to improve outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary health or community services.
• Ability to implement culturally safe care models.
• Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and refinement of community engagement to promote Staying Deadly services.
• Integrate teams across the Staying Deadly unit to ensure continuity of care.
• Lead the growth of an integrated service model for mental health and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with MATSICHS teams to refine KPIs and measure outcomes.
