Job summary

Reserve Bank of Australia in Sydney CBD is seeking two Senior/Lead Analysts to join the RITS Modernisation Planning Phase. You will shape the future of interbank settlement services and engage with senior leaders, policy teams and external partners.

The role focuses on strategic analysis, stakeholder engagement and developing delivery options and a business case for the next phase, with a hybrid work arrangement and national significance.

Qualifications

• Experience in payments/settlement policy or major transformation is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to structure ambiguous issues and think strategically about long-term outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of internal and external stakeholder consultation activities.
• Undertake strategic, economic, policy and operational analysis to assess future-state capabilities.
• Contribute to the development of a Vision for a Modern RITS and business case.
• Synthesize information for briefing materials, board submissions and executive communications.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support alignment.
