You will design learning solutions, develop experiential programs, apply adult learning principles, facilitate in-person and virtual sessions, and drive impact through targeted training plans, records management, and program evaluations.

Qualifications

• Design learning solutions that support growth and high-performance outcomes.
• Develop experiential learning programs to build capability and engagement.
• Apply adult learning principles for evidence-based L&D outcomes.
• Deliver advanced facilitation in‑person and virtual sessions.
• Conduct training needs analysis and translate insights into learning plans.
• Develop interactive eLearning using Articulate 360 and related tools.
• Manage stakeholders and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Plan and manage multiple priorities with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess training requests by conducting training needs analysis.
• Develop training content for multi-modal learning (face-to-face, virtual, online modules, coaching).
• Design training resources using development tools and software.
• Apply facilitation skills to deliver sessions across the Group.
• Maintain records of training, attendance, results and retraining requirements.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
• Administer and maintain iLearn (program, course, module, student creation).
• Keep up-to-date with L&D trends and implement into the business.
