Job summary

The Next Step Recruitment is seeking a strategic Head of Leadership Development & Learning to lead the organisation's leadership, learning and capability agenda, reporting to the Executive General Manager, People.

You will design and deliver fit-for-purpose leadership strategies, frameworks and programs; oversee leadership development, onboarding, graduate development and compliance learning; coach a Learning Specialist and graduate cohort.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualified, with proven leadership development experience.
• Track record designing enterprise-wide leadership strategies in complex environments.
• Experience in financial services is ideal.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.

• Lead leadership development and capability agenda across the organisation.
