Johnson Controls is seeking an Account Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of customers across Sydney and NSW. You will deliver tailored Building Management Systems, HVAC, Fire, and related services with a consultative sales approach.

Ideal candidates bring proven account management experience, strong communication, and the ability to drive recurring service revenue while expanding account penetration in a large, global organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or CRM-focused roles.
• Strong knowledge of Building Services or related technical industries is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers, and identify new business opportunities.
• Drive recurring service revenue and project-based opportunities through consultative selling.
• Prepare proposals, quotes and presentations aligned to customer requirements and negotiate outcomes.
• Collaborate with service technicians, operations and project managers to deliver solutions.
