Job summary

Bellcore Pty in Canberra seeks an experienced State Manager to own the ACT, Riverina and Snowy Mountains region. Lead growth, manage key accounts, and drive new business while leveraging strong industry relationships and regional project insights.

You will work with a team across commercial, technical and service functions to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. Travel across the territory will be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven civil construction sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of ACT, Riverina and Snowy Mountains markets.
• Ability to identify opportunities and build a sales pipeline around future project activity.
• Technically minded with a willingness to learn new products and applications.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales and business development strategy.
• Identify upcoming civil infrastructure, roadworks, subdivision and earthworks projects.
• Track the regional project pipeline and procurement opportunities.
• Grow existing accounts and secure new customers with strategic partnerships.
• Lead commercial discussions, proposals and negotiations.
• Coordinate technical specialists for consultations and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with service and training teams to deliver a strong customer experience.
