Job summary

The Australian Reinforcing Company (ARC), a brand of InfraBuild, seeks a Key Account Manager to strengthen our Caboolture market presence and drive growth for reinforcing products. This hands-on role focuses on expanding our residential customer base and delivering value through strong relationships.

You'll collaborate with the Branch Manager to drive efficiencies, foster innovation, and support the Caboolture site's growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, business development or B2B sales.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of identifying and converting sales opportunities.
• Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence working autonomously and managing a defined sales territory.
• Experience within construction, building products, steel or related industries will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Win new business and grow strong relationships, expanding our customer base particularly in the residential market.
• Work collaboratively with the Branch Manager to drive efficiencies and innovation.
• Be a key player in helping Caboolture site grow and achieve its potential.
