Job summary

Caldic in Melbourne is seeking a driven Key Account Manager to expand our market share in the Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants & Construction sector. You will hunt for new business opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and strengthen relationships with our key accounts.

You will provide technical guidance to customers, position principals’ products, and develop strategic solutions that meet long-term goals. This role requires a proactive, advisory approach and willingness to travel within the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in Sales or Business Development within distribution with a technical background.
• Hunter sales approach with proven target achievement.

Responsibilities

• Strategically prospect and identify potential new business opportunities in the CASC sector.
• Develop and implement tactical plans to exceed sales quotas across territories.
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing key accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Promote technical insights and train customers on principals’ products.
• Prepare and present reports on account performance and market trends.
