Corporate Traveller, part of Flight Centre Travel Group, seeks a Key Customer Success Manager to drive profitability, retention and growth for high-value national and multinational customers. You will lead initiatives across commercial, relationship, innovation, and data programs to deliver best-in-market travel solutions.

You will work with CT and FCTG teams, manage multi-level stakeholder relationships, and develop strategic programs with a focus on ROI, cost savings and service excellence.

Formación

• Min 3 years in customer success/account management in Travel/TMC.
• Experience managing large and complex enterprise customers.
• Able to articulate product and value propositions to customers.
• Proven ability to build multi-level stakeholder relationships.
• Corporate B2B service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities for value-added sales within existing customers.
• Lead annual reviews and ROI discussions with customers.
• Collaborate with operations, finance and support to deliver value.
• Develop strategic relationships with C-Suite executives and key stakeholders.
• Provide deep insights to customer programs delivering enhanced value.
