Corporate Traveller Australia is seeking a proactive Key Customer Success Manager to drive profitability, retention and growth for high-value national and multinational customers. The role emphasizes delivering customer value, best-practice travel programs and strong cross-functional collaboration with CT teams.

You will manage complex accounts, communicate with customers at all levels, and leverage CT products and services to maximize revenue and ROI.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years in customer success/account management, preferably in Travel/TMC.
• Ability to articulate product/service value to customers.
• Demonstrated ability to build multi-level relationships.
• Corporate B2B service experience.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities for value-added sales within existing customers.
• Ensure fees align with CT agreements and drive revenue growth.
• Lead multi-level engagement with customers and internal CT teams.
• Provide quarterly recommendations for product and service enhancements.
• Manage customer projects and ensure delivery against SOWs.
