Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group's Corporate Traveller unit in Sydney seeks a Key Customer Success Manager to drive profitability, retention and growth for high-value national and multinational clients.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives across commercial, relationship, and innovation streams, coordinating with internal teams to maximise value and deliver customised travel programs using CT technology and services.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years extensive customer success/account management in Travel & Tourism or Corporate TMC.
• Experience managing large and complex customers.
• Ability to articulate product/services value to customers.
• Demonstrated ability to build multi-level relationships.
• Corporate B2B service experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for value-added sales within existing customers.
• Ensure CT agreement-fee compliance.
• Drive turnover and revenue growth.
• Manage and optimise procurements across CT products and services.
• Conduct regular profit and loss reviews for customers.
• Collaborate with national/regional/global CT teams on opportunities.
• Ensure delivery of agreed customer deliverables.
• Maintain high-level understanding of customer commercial opportunities.
