Job summary

Endava is seeking a Business Development Director, experienced in selling bespoke IT services to Financial Services and Insurance. This IC hunter role focuses on sourcing and closing large IT engagements, with a strong emphasis on AI and digital services aligned to market trends.

You will own the end-to-end sales process, build a robust BFSI pipeline, and leverage our partner ecosystem to win enterprise logos. The role requires executive relationship-building and multi-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Shape and execute our business development strategy to meet revenue targets in BFSI.
• Build a strong pipeline by identifying potential clients and positioning services.
• Own the sales process end-to-end from prospecting to closing.
• Position AI and Digital Services in line with market trends in BFSI.
• Lead negotiations of complex contracts to secure long-term success.

Responsibilities
