Job summary

Endava is seeking a Business Development Director to drive bespoke IT services sales across Financial Services and Insurance in a global, hybrid environment. The role focuses on hunting major opportunities, closing engagements, and positioning AI and digital services to stay ahead of market trends.

The candidate will own the sales cycle end-to-end, build executive-level relationships, and collaborate with partners such as OpenAI, Databricks, Snowflake, and hyperscalers to open new opportunities

Qualifications

• Demonstrated business development experience focused on selling strategic enterprise technology services.
• Experienced selling to BFSI clients with an understanding of industry trends and challenges.
• Warm network of contacts and/or prior BFSI customers.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute our business development strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets in BFSI.
• Build a strong pipeline by identifying potential clients and positioning Endava's IT services.
• Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing, leveraging enterprise logos within BFSI.
• Lead negotiations of complex contracts ensuring favorable terms and long-term client success.
