Qualifications

• Proven experience in telesales or customer-facing sales roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.
• High computer literacy and CRM experience.
• Experience in print/packaging or manufacturing is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio through structured outbound sales activity.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and product penetration across accounts.
• Build rapport and trust with clients through consistent follow-up and proactive engagement.
• Handle inbound enquiries and provide timely, accurate information and support.
• Collaborate with marketing to prepare proposals, quotes and promotional materials.
• Maintain accurate customer data and call records in the CRM.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategies.
