• Confident communicating with customers over the phone and building long-term relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Managing, retaining, and growing an assigned portfolio of trade and commercial customers through regular engagement and account support.
• Maintaining outbound call activity to strengthen customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
• Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts, reactivate inactive customers, and promote relevant products and solutions.
• Delivering exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries, preparing quotations, and providing ongoing account support.
• Collaborating with internal sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely follow-up.
