Qualifications

• Academic qualifications with depth in communications or marketing.
• Experience in developing and measuring internal communications.
• Ability to distill complex information into clear messages for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Write and disseminate UNSW stories and messages coordinating and delivering University-wide communications.
• Create clear, engaging and consistent content that keeps staff informed, connected and engaged across the University.
• Partner with stakeholders across UNSW, providing internal communications advice and identifying effective channels and approaches.
• Develop internal communications plans translating complex information into approachable messages for a diverse audience.
• Create and maintain internal communications resources, tools and support effective and consistent communications.
• Use insights and data to understand what’s working and continually improve reach and impact of UNSW’s internal channels.
