Job summary

TechnologyOne in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Communications lead to develop and deliver internal and corporate communications strategies and engagement programs, working with Marketing, People and Culture, and senior stakeholders to ensure clear, consistent messaging. This eight-month contract starts immediately.

You will partner with leaders to deliver multi-channel plans, build relationships, monitor impact, and lead a high-performing team while driving a proactive culture.

Qualifications

• Develop and deliver the annual internal communications strategy and program.
• Partner with TechnologyOne leaders and executives to deliver clear, consistent and engaging internal communications.
• Develop multi-channel communication plans aligned to corporate messaging and business priorities.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Monitor and report on communication initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead, develop and motivate a high-performing team aligned to our culture and values.
• Drive a proactive, innovative and solutions-focused culture.
• Continuously review systems, processes and costs to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Strong verbal communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to develop clear and engaging communications for different audiences.
• Proven success in B2B technology marketing or communications.
• Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment with senior stakeholders.
