Gallagher is a global leader in insurance broking and risk management. As a Business Development Executive on the Gold Coast, you will build a pipeline of prospects, develop client relationships, and deliver tailored insurance solutions.

You will work in a team that values integrity and collaboration, manage a portfolio of new business prospects, and prepare submissions and quotes while staying abreast of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High-level presentation and leadership abilities.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with strong negotiation skills.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry (preferred).
• Tier 1 qualification is desirable or willingness to complete in first 6 months (Gallagher supported).
