KBR is seeking a Program and Project Director to lead major infrastructure programs on a client‑side basis in Australia. You will influence outcomes across the program lifecycle by coordinating a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and driving high‑value delivery.

Success hinges on strategic leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage risks, budgets, and timelines while ensuring safety and compliance across concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Project Director, Program Manager or Portfolio Manager.
• Strong strategic leadership and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills across diverse stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of delivery models and WHS requirements.
• High attention to detail and governance in reporting.

• Lead design development, procurement, construction and commissioning across multiple projects.
• Build and lead high‑performing teams and foster client‑first mindsets.
