Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Australia to lead major infrastructure programs in a client-side environment. You will influence outcomes across the project lifecycle by collaborating with asset owners, construction partners, designers, vendors, regulators, and community representatives.

You will navigate competing priorities and drive alignment to manage risk, budget and deliver successful project outcomes across multiple concurrent programs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a client-side or consultant Senior PM capacity.
• Strong communication and reporting skills with experience working across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Understanding of various delivery/contractual models and legislative WHS requirements.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail in reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure key projects and programs are delivered safely, on time and in accordance with cost, technical, environmental, operational, and social requirements.
• Lead design development, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases across multiple concurrent projects or programs through a variety of contractual models.
• Support continuous improvement of project and program management capabilities, systems and processes.
• Identify and implement improvements in ways of working that benefit individuals, teams, or the broader program.
