KBR is recruiting an experienced Program and Project Director to lead major infrastructure programs in a client-side environment in Australia. You will influence outcomes across the program lifecycle through collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders.

Success relies on strategic leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage risk, budget and schedule while upholding WHS and environmental requirements. A proven delivery track record is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as Project Director, Program Manager or Portfolio Manager.
• Track record of strategic leadership and data-based decision making.
• Strong communication and reporting across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Understanding of delivery/contractual models and WHS compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major infrastructure programs in a client-side environment.
• Influence outcomes across the program lifecycle with stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with client, partners, vendors and regulators.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely on time and within cost and scope.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement and optimal ways of working.
