Job summary

KBR is seeking a Project Manager in Australia to support a portfolio of complex infrastructure programs on the client side. You will influence outcomes across the project lifecycle by collaborating with asset owners, construction partners, designers, vendors and regulators.

Lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage risk and budget, and drive alignment across concurrent projects. This role focuses on delivering safe, on-time outcomes while adhering to contract and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Project Management.
• Experience as client-side or consultant PM with scope, risk, scheduling, cost and construction management.
• Strong communication and reporting across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Understanding of delivery/contractual models and WHS requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary projects with client representatives and delivery partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within cost and technical requirements.
• Contribute to progress of design development, procurement, construction and commissioning across multiple projects.
• Support continuous improvement of project management capabilities and processes.
• Identify and implement improvements in ways of working for the program.
• Analyse issues and risks to understand root cause and impact.
