Job summary

KBR is seeking a Project Manager to support a large portfolio of complex infrastructure programs in a client-side environment in Australia. You will influence outcomes across the project lifecycle by collaborating with asset owners, construction partners, designers, vendors, regulators, and community representatives.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk, and drive continuous improvement across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or relevant infrastructure industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience as a client-side or consultant Project Manager, with a solid understanding of scope, risk, scheduling, cost, and construction management.
• Strong communication and reporting skills with experience working across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Understanding of various delivery/contractual models and legislative WHS requirements.
• Well‑developed written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail in reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary projects with subject matter experts, client representatives and delivery partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and in accordance with cost, technical, environmental, operational, and social requirements.
• Contribute to the progress of design development, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases across multiple concurrent projects or programs through a variety of contractual models.
• Support continuous improvement of project and program management capabilities, systems and processes.
• Identify and implement improvements in ways of working that benefit individuals, teams, or the broader program.
• Analyse issues and risks to understand cause and assess impact.
