Job summary

KBR, Inc. Australia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of major infrastructure programs in a client-side environment.

You will influence outcomes across the project lifecycle by collaborating with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. Success depends on building trusted relationships, managing risk and budget, and ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery across multiple concurrent projects and contract models.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a client-side or consultant Senior PM capacity.
• Strong communication and reporting skills with experience working across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Understanding of various delivery/contractual models and WHS requirements.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail in reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure key projects and programs are delivered safely, on time and in accordance with cost, technical, environmental, operational, and social requirements.
• Lead design development, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases across multiple concurrent projects or programs through a variety of contractual models.
• Support continuous improvement of project and program management capabilities, systems and processes.
• Identify and implement improvements in ways of working that benefit individuals, teams, or the broader program.
