Uni-span Group in Australia is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities, grow the client base and drive revenue across industrial, energy, infrastructure and commercial sectors.

Reporting to the Industrial Services Manager, you will build relationships with decision-makers, present capability statements and tenders, collaborate with operations and estimators, and attend industry events to expand our market footprint.

Formación

• Proven experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Strong existing networks within industrial, infrastructure, mining, energy or construction sectors.
• Demonstrated success in securing new business and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to identify and assess opportunities.
• Experience preparing proposals, tenders and client presentations.
• A positive, self-motivated and results-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and secure new clients across industrial, mining, energy, infrastructure and commercial sectors.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and present capability statements, proposals and tender submissions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with operational and estimating teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Attend industry networking events, conferences and client meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities, forecasts and client engagement activities.
