The Department of Justice in Western Australia seeks a senior ICT leader to head the Business Engagement Team within the Knowledge, Information and Technology (KIT) Directorate. You will act as the primary interface between business areas and KIT, collecting requirements, fostering relationships and managing demand for ICT services.

The role requires translating business needs into fit-for-purpose technology outcomes, establishing intake and prioritisation processes, and aligning initiatives

Formación

• Experience leading business engagement or ICT demand-management in a large organisation.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology outcomes and prioritize demand for ICT services.
• Experience contributing to governance, planning and delivering measurable business value.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities across business, technical and service-provider groups.

Responsabilidades
