• Strong leadership and advisory capabilities in a complex systems environment.
• Exposure to HRIS platforms and large ERP implementations (Workday, Aurion, SAP, Oracle or similar).

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership and strategic advice across ACU's workforce systems environment.
• Lead business analysis, stakeholder engagement and design of workforce solutions.
• Act as the primary functional interface between People & Capability, ERP initiative and external vendors.
